Went running tonight. Down toward Mineral Point + Segoe. Not sure where I was, as I don't know my way around that area yet. Got tired and turned around just before it started raining. I expected it to sprinkle a bit, as that's what the weather channel said would happen, and it had been lightningy in the sky before I left. I could smell the storm coming. That's a great smell - just when it starts to rain and the worms haven't yet started their mass suicide. It got really stormy. It was quite an experience running back, trying to stay under the trees as much as I could and getting hit in the face with big ole' high-speed raindrops when I couldn't. It was interesting how the air near the woods was suddenly so much warmer than out in the open. And I got really wet.
