I was driving around San Francisco with Shaina and one or two other people. At one point I drove through a light just as it turned red and a cop pulled us over and yelled at me but then let me go. After which we continued on our journey, which I think was back to someone's apartment.
The door to the garage was at the bottom of a long ramp, and as we approached we realized there was water pouring in around the sides of the building. 'Oh no, the dikes have broken and the ocean's pouring in!', I thought. I turned the car around and we got out of there.
But the water didn't stop rising at the top of the ramp. It kept coming and coming, and we had to keep driving to higher and higher hills to get out of the way. Eventually it reached the height of the bay, and I expected it to stop there, but it didn't. Eventually we ended up in an isolated spot near the top of some mountains. It was quiet up there and we seemed to be the only people who had found this spot. There was a radio station that had apparently been set up by some survivalists or something just in case someone needed it. It was apparently powered by some renewable source nearby, because it had lights that stayed on all the time. I wondered why they hadn't been worried about vandals finding it and wrecking it long before it was actually useful to anyone.
I went on an excursion to see the flood, again. There were a lot of houses flooded up to their roofs. And there was a rabbit in a cage about to drown, so I went and let it out. But then it turned out someone else was already taking care of it. It was missing its ears.
