I was at the top of a building with a bunch of activists. It was raining. There had been helicopters flying around (one of the pilots was a friend of mine that I'd been talking to right before we went up), but they all got stuck upside-down on a structure over the top of the building (we weren't quite on the top-top, as there was more building on one side, but we were several stories up on a flat roof with rainy sky overhead). We'd been planning to say chants and stuff, but since all the helicopter pilots were stuck upside-down that felt silly, so we helped them out and gave them food.
I was testing out a game engine that my dad and I had been working on, together. It was a 1st-person tile-based engine, but with 3D levels. The place I was in was a jungle, and I built a ladder up the side of a tree. The tree was pretty detailed and somewhat rounded (but in such a way that the tree blocks mostly filled the cubes they occupied). I got excited when the ladders worked.
