• On my bike ride to work I passed a lot of people (going the opposite direction) with Tammy Baldwin and Obama / Biden stickers on their coats. This was a sign that I had missed the commotion downtown (which I hadn't planned on attending, anyway, since I saw the president the last time he came). I liked these people a lot better than the post-football crowds that clog the bike path.
• The first MSSC dodgeball game was cancelled due to the building being used as a polling location tomorrow. I'm okay with that because I need to go to the Outing Club meeting tomorrow to collect Fall Colors driver reimbursement money.
• Stephanie invited me to go canvassing. Before we went canvassing she fed me food. Jenny gave me a PDQ jacket. The canvassing office had food, too. We were tasked with doing something worthless and quit after getting rid of half our door hangy flyers. Then I stuck pirate flags all over their Stephanie/Jenny's kitchen.
• Then I biked home. The ride was long and cold.
• I just built a tunnel under my desk out of pillows and towels to guide the warm air from the furnace past my feet.
• Yoru is on my lap.
• I am drinking hot chocolate.
• I need to get Maude prepared to be taken back to work.
