I took a nap on the couch last night before going to bed for real. I dreamt about something and was awoken by Yoru walking across my face. Later (in real bed) I dreamt that Becky was stepping on a bunch of ants and I woke up punching the wall.

On the way to church, Dad was telling us about a dream he had that he was walking on a beach with a friend from work. They were killing time before the 'all hands' meeting, which was at 1:30 in the afternoon on Sunday (except it was actually at 12:30, since the clocks had changed). He realized that there was some kind of film across the lake and stepped into it to see what it was. It turned out there wasn't actually water in the lake at all, but just this fabric stuff over the top, and he couldn't move his feet once they were in. He wondered what was holding it up, and thinking air pressure poked some holes, but it still stayed up. Eventually his friend came back and helped pull him out.

Another guy was talking about putting a swimming pool in the basement of the office building, so they went to check it out. As Dad remembered it, the building had two separate basements. But the wall between them had been knocked out. It had never occured to him that the two sections had only been separated by a few inches of concrete. In fact he had at different times had offices in both sections that turned out to be right next to each other.

Yesterday Joh helped me clean up the living room.
