Several nights ago I dreamt that I was talking to Notch about Minecraft tech. He was telling me about different lighting algorithms he had tried, and about a group of people that were building a city and using Doom-style bridges rather than with Minecraft blocks. Later I was wandering around in the world thinking about our conversation, and there was a thin layer of meat covering the ground. I could pick it up and chew on it. When biting into it a piece would crumble off, and I could see the little cubes that made up the newly exposed surface.

Yesterday I got D5.2a working on nuke24.net. cbragg is already addicted to it. I'm trying to spend more time working on TogueFortress and less time playing Minecraft.

Last night I dreamt that I had gotten physics working in TogueFortress. I was jumping my little guy around and sliding on slopes. There were other dimensions that I could warp to where physics worked differently.
