With the 'A Sturdy Gesture' layout my page looked all stretched out and hard to read in this olde Internet Exploder that they have here at Atlas Hostel, so I switched to 'Magazine'.
I slept i n yes terday morning, finally got up and ate yogurt with jelly and granola, and then tried to program stuff on nuke24.net a while. Then A-Day and I went paddle boating for about an hour and ate a lot of peanuts. As we were ending our boating it was starting to storm. It was thundering and lightninging a lot, and there were bugs and dust flying all over in the wind, but it didn't really start raining until after we got back to the hostel where I worked on uploading pictures to my server back home (my dad finally plugged it back in).
Later we went back to that restaurant with the soup and the beer that we had been at a couple days earlier. The waitor that took our money (and he really did 'take' it) seemed mad at us. We didn't know why.
After we got back I Meebod and looked into 2D drawing libs a lot while A-Day and Isabel were out at the Ghost Tour (which they came back from and said was dumb). I finally got Cairo installed on my server.
Today I slept in again, ate yogurt and granola breakfast again, and wrote a little program to auto-rotate and move my newly uploaded pictures to their correct places. A-Day took off to go shopping and I went for a walk in the park. Walking up the hill I found a cherry orchard and ate a lot of cherries. I also figured out what the 'flower' button on my camera does (it lets you focus on close things). It started raining really lightly. Then I moved on.
Not much exciting on the other side of the hill, but there were a lot of neat stone and brick wall/cliffs on the way over and back. It started raining harder. I stopped at the orchard again and ate more cherries. Came back to the hostel, ate some food. Computered a bit. Changed my LJ display settings.
