There were some dreams about biking around in the snowy streets near Platteville. It was cold and wet. We ended up at a small grocery store, and I started thinking about spending money.

I was working at Home Depot, and towards the back of the store we had a lot of styrofoam cups. Since nothing else was going on, we were building a huge tower out of them. This had something to do with the half-pipe bonus levels in Sonic 2.

After that, I went out to this runway to help my team win a spaceship launching contest. It was sort of like an X-Prize thing, except everyone and their brother had a team (there were hundreds of teams out there waiting to go), and everyone's ship looked pretty much the same. It sort of resembled the Delta Glider from Orbiter, and had some kind of hybrid jet/rocket engine on the back. I was sitting around on what I thought was my team's plane, waiting for the others to show up. Meanwhile other teams were taking off one after another. They'd get going down the runway and at the end take off and go almost straight up, really fast. Sometimes it didn't work and they'd come crashing back down into the crowd, making a mess, but most of them took off without much problem.
