After driving around in the Geo a bit while thinking about how it was dumb of me to call that game easy when I had only played the first level, I ended up with some folks on some sort of camping trip checking out a cool hill. We got up to the top and saw this big black thunder cloud. Actually I saw 3 of them, but there was one in particular that we were especially worried about, off to the west and partially obscured by trees. I was saying that we should get back in the car and drive to the building we were staying at (a nice big place with a solid basement), but they didn't want to--they'd rather find shelter near where we were. The best we found was a building with a concrete floor and a concrete ceiling and glass walls.
And then there was this fancy high-secutiry Navy building down the road that one of us was trying to get into. It was a circular building and upstairs it had an outer hallway and an inner hallway, and a cool room within the inner hallway. We kept going back and forth talking to a guard by a door, a computer terminal upstairs, and a password generator back in our concrete barn.
I was sitting around replaying a demo I had made of how to beat the first level of some FPS that I was complaining was too easy. My solution involved throwing down a bunch of time bombs really quick so that they would all go off in quick succession and kill all the baddies / blow up obstacles that were in my way before anyone realized that they should be shooting at me.
And there was a big party passing through, or that I was at while I was watching that demo. And Holly came walking by and I spent the rest of the dream with her. Seemed like it was winter. Or we were talking about ice-skating. Somehow we got on the subject of cell phones. She said she thought they were dumb and she was glad she didn't have one. It was nice (because I hate cell phones, too).
