There was this huge grey brick structure at church. It was somewhat slanted cone shaped, with the top attaching to a place on the roof, as if that was holding it up, though that seemed less support than would be required to hold up such a large mass of stone. There were tunnels going through this thing carved in such a way that it would play notes when the wind blew through it. It was a bit creepy, though, and only played strange notes based on how the wind was blowing. Apparently my mom had been in charge of replacing our old piano (which was also rather huge and sat on large stone platform, but which at least could be played). Pretty much everyone else at church was saying that this was a bad idea and we wanted the old piano back.
Later I was watching some people ride around on motorcycles. They were having trouble riding and messing with gadgets at the same time. So I came in and was riding on a bike being pulled behind the motorcycle. And later we decided to switch. And I was driving toward Platteville. We had to stop a few times and mess with the chain that was connecting the bike to the motorcycle. It seemed to be held to the back with pins through some cloth. We ended up stopping at some convenience store in Mineral Point. I ran into someone buying a lot of ramen and noted that that was like our house.
As I was lying in bed in the dark after waking up I watched the back of my eyelids. Or the dark room. It didn't matter and I couldn't tell the difference, anyway. I kept seeing these repeating patterns of light. For a while there was this circle that expanded outwards. Later (it seemed in my right eye, this time) a blob of light in the upper-left corner would cover the rest of my field of view. When I was little I used to watch things like this and I imagined that I was watching the bottom of the ocean go past.
