Unfortunately the PHP installation in IO is totally ghey. I mean PHP is no stranger to being ghey, but the installation on IO takes the cake. No way to get at raw post data!
Fizz had a dream that there were these people who came to my house sometimes, and I liked them because they always brought good crackers.
I had a dream that me an teh guys lived in this dorm room with three levels (so it was actually 3 dorm rooms). We lived in the bottom one - that's where all our computers and stuff were. I was thinking about where it'd be good to have loud parties. I thought about how we should get all the neighbors to agree on a room to have parties in so we wouldn't get 'noise complaints'.
I was in a gym playing drums with some guys. Except they weren't all drums. I was actually playing what turned out to be a washing machine. It was someone else's washing machine and someone else's drum sticks.
All the washing machines ended up in our house. And it actually did look a little bit like our house inside. But not really (this reminds me of another dream I had the night before in which I was fretting about how dumb our house was designed because it had so many rooms sticking out the sides and it was impossible to insulate - and then I went through a tunnel to get upstairs to Casey's/A-Day's room). In this dream, there was a big valley behind our house between us and the houses on the next street. It was covered with icy snow and would be great for sledding. Unfortunately when we moved in we had had to stuff a bunch of crap under the house to keep it from sliding down into the valley, because it was just barely balanced at the edge. I was sitting at my computer in the room with the washing machines (this was the back-most room in the house) and some folks had just left when I felt the whole house move a bit. I worried that it was about to slide down into the valley so I ran out the side door only to find that it *was* sliding into the valley. And after I jumped out I slid down too. And me and the house then slid back up the other side. All that sliding was sort of fun, but it was going to be really hard to get between the road and the house, now. I started moving stuff out of our house to the sidewalk in front of our neighbors one thing at a time, worrying that I might have lost data (since both my Linux and Windows boxes were in the washing machine room and I hadn't backed up important things to other machines) or that someone would steal the stuff I was leaving on the sidewalk. Sliding back and forth through the valley wasn't too hard, but there were parts of the hill on the other side where you really had to climb almost straight up, and that made this moving business take forever (I only got a few things out by the end of the dream). Meanwhile, as my housemates came back from classes, I told them all the story about how the house slid down the hill and how scary it was.
Later there was a Wal-Mart perched just in front of where our house ended up (by the next road) and another part of Wal-Mart down in the valley. I was down next to the one in the valley talking to Fizz or someone when some Wal-Mart guy said he needed someone to do some work and I said I'd do it because I needed a job. The dream ended with me trying to climb up these ropes and ladders in this dark, dusty, wooden structure to get to the upper Wal-Mart building.
