No dreams that I remember, but today was just really nice for me. It started out being last night, and I had been setting up my terragen animation and it was rendering, and it was getting to be rather late, or rather early. The sun was coming up and it looked like summer outside and it felt like summer from the breeze through the window and I realized how dumb it would be if I didn't go outside. So I wandered out barefoot and pretty soon I was running down the sidewalk to Fizz's house. Running past the graveyard a guy passed me and I said hi and he said yo and I felt inferior. But then I was running without shoes and doing my best not to jam my toe into the sidewalk or step on sharp gravel. And I ran past all the class buildings and down the road and to Fizz's place. I was expecting to have to pound on the window for a while until he woke up, so I started tapping and soon he came to the window, and then came out and let me in. It was cool because it turned out he had just not been able to sleep, so it was quite a coincidence that I would do something so crazy as to come over to his house and invite him to go running at 5:30 on just this morning. And we ran and I talked about the cool programs I was playing with and I talked about how awesome Washington was with all the mountains and he talked about the car graveyard and the wall to Mexico and how the plants changed when you left San Diego. It was good times. Then I came back and did some more work and ate rice and crashed.
I got up later and played around with the video editor and with making a short version of Perlin 1.2. I walked to Otts with Andy so he could program his board and came back because I couldn't do anything because I didn't know my new IP address and instead of working on the lab like I said I would I re-jigged my music RDF file to put the songs in a more reasonable order.
Then at about 5:30 we went over to Tanya's and ate food and drink bud lite and play with crazy cats and that was also good times. And then we went back and I was diddling around with PHP scripts while Andy did his EE lab. Eventually we did the database homework and Terragen finished rendering and I made up a nice video (nice other than all of Terragen's rendering glitches). Andy went to sleep a while ago so he hasn't gotten to see it, yet. I'm trying to make the video smaller now so I can show it off more easily. And I forgot to thank Propellerhead in the credits. And KaZaA...
And the SE4110 paper ain't due 'til Monday. w00t! So it turned out to be a very nice day, despite everything that's due oh so soon.
