There was this species that lived inside the core of the earth. At first there were some people down there with them (I was down there) and people up on the surface were sendin down radio signals. They got terribly garbled but we could still barely make them out. They were asking if some machine they sent down had arrived. I was working with some guy and we were trying to send back a message like "NO we did NOT recieve anything". And then we'd say that 3 times. Back on the surface you could barely tell that there were people talking, so we had to make sure we were clear. But then there was this old dude that didn't ant us talking to them at all.

It turned out that these people didn't build this place for themselves. They didn't have anywhere near the technoloy required to stick a hollow ball of steel in the center of the earth (complete with a giant air-lock!) There was something about messin with a clock p on the surface.

Gotta go to first classes in a few minutes (well, actually I'll go to breakfast, first). Spent yesterday getting books and signing up for resnet (ResNet SuX0rZ!!! But I got a free mouse pad from them) and helping Matt set up his loft. We finally got it up and now it's awesome.
