I was with a group of more than 5, and we were occupying something like a small conference building.
One of our dudes, who I seem to recall as being a skinny middle-aged guy with longish blond hair (though at other times I was experiencing him from a first-person perspective), was sitting inside feeling not so good, so we invited him out to the tennis court to play tennis, and he did that and it helped him feel better.
Later I was sitting in a row of chairs between Fizz and Wilymatzo, and then we were going to go to lunch. Someone like Luke was up front giving a talk.
Then it was like our group had split up into 2 or 3 smaller groups. I was with George and a couple others. We'd been routinely hopping between parallel universes somehow (maybe there was like a configurable gateway that we walked through in the building), which had been working fine up until we attempted to meet back up with everyone but found ourselves in an empty building. Where'd the rest of the group go? We had to meet back up with them somehow. This might involve sending George off by himself, which I felt some reluctance about.
A danger when exploring portals between parallel universes is that if you aren't careful to go back exactly the route you came, you might end up going through another portal (which could be the same portal again, in the same direction you already crossed before) and completely lose track of where you are. Maybe this happened to us and is how we lost track of the larger group.
