I dreamt that I logged into Ikariam again (haven't since I left for Taiwan over a month ago, now). It was all updated and had turned into a real time strategy game. It had continents and different shaped ships and a bump in the ocean where it wrapped around at the edge of the world. It was much more interesting than the real game, but still I felt like I was wasting time messing with it. I took my parents' Prius through a car wash and looked at it through a window as it was being scrubbed by robots.
Yesterday as I was biking back and forth between work and the apartment 3 times (long story involving not having keys and roommates not picking up phones and intercoms being off hooks) I got the idea to do a major overhaul of ContentCouch. It would replace all the Getters with slightly more complex RequestHandlers, but the idea is that since a RequestHandler passes more data back and forth than a Getter, complexity can be reduced elsewhere, and the whole system will have a more manageable structure.
YC's allergies have been giving her pains, especially since we went to Blue Mounds for a picnic with my folks (including Dawne+kids) on Sunday.
